    Sometimes we use video interviews in our recruitment. When you receive an invitation to a video interview, we hope that you record your answers in good lighting and remember to relax. The first take is often successful!

    Meeting

    We enjoy meeting you face to face – we want to get to know you! You can register at reception with your ID as you arrive at our office. Remember to take relevant work and education certificates with you to the interview.

    Would this role be a good match?

    Sometimes our recruitment involves suitability assessments. The purpose of the assessments is to identify your strengths and development areas regarding the job requirements. This will also offer you the opportunity to understand the role better and even learn something about yourself. In practice, the assessment includes a selection of pre-assignments and an in-depth interview with our recruiters.

    When we click, the hiring manager or HR will contact you to discuss our offer with you.  
    When the details have been agreed upon, we will prepare the employment agreement. After this we start preparing your onboarding and telling your colleagues that we have a new Orionee that is about to start their journey.
