Phase1 – our trainee programme

Phase1 is Orion’s trainee programme for university students that takes place every summer. 
Orion’s Phase1 summer trainee programme offers students of various fields, e.g. natural sciences, pharmacy, technology and economics the opportunity to showcase their talent in an international pharmaceutical company. The application period for the programme is in January. 
 
Preliminary schedule for the summer 2025 Phase1 recruitment process:  
   
- Application period January 2025 
- First interviews in February 2025 
- Second interviews in February/March 2025

In addition to the Phase1 programme, there are trainees working in different units throughout the year. We also offer the opportunity for students to complete work-based learning periods for their vocational qualifications. These are coordinated in cooperation with several vocational schools in our various locations. In addition to these forms of traineeships, we employ many summer workers, apprentices, work experience students and other trainees every year.

Meet us

We enjoy meeting potential new builders of well-being, so we are present at recruitment events regularly! Orion is represented by both HR and specialists from various departments, to ensure that you receive answers both to your general questions and to your field specific thoughts during the event.  
We also organize student visits to Orion every year. We enjoy showing students around our offices, but please note that it is good to contact us a few months in advance.
