What to expect from our Phase 1 programme

Would you like to spend your summer working for example in a laboratory, research & development, with statistics or in the people & culture organization?  

One of the best parts of the Phase1 programme is the diverse job possibilities and challenging tasks - not to mention the great colleagues of course. Our trainees have the chance to deep-dive into the industry and develop their skills over the summer, while getting to know the ins and outs of Orion as an organization.  

We think that a great onboarding experience and a proper introduction to the job is crucial, but we also know that young professionals want to grow and learn continuously. This is why we offer our trainees recurring events, workshops related to working life skills and a mentoring programme as part of their traineeship. This ensures that you get the chance to grow and learn both as a professional and an individual.  

Our trainee positions are paid vacancies that we offer to 30-50 trainees every year. The programme lasts for 3-4 months and is set to take place between May and September.

If you are interested in a traineeship at Orion, you can submit your application for the job vacancy that interests you. Your application should include information about your educational background, your preferences related to when you would like the traineeship to take place, wishes regarding work content and about your motivation for applying for the position. Please note that we do not accept job applications by email for GDPR reasons.   
 
We also work closely with educational institutes at different educational levels, and our partners also advertise our traineeship vacancies through their own channels. If you have any questions about traineeships, you can send them using  this form.
