891,320 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 891,320 A-shares have been converted into 891,320 B-shares between 24 May 2002 and 26 June 2002. This conversion represents 2.86 per cent of the aggregate of the A-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 26 June 2002. Before the conversion there were 32,061,749 A-shares and 35,456,672 B-shares. After the conversion there are 31,170,429 A-shares and 36,347,992 B-shares in the company.
